  • When is the Act open for public consultation?

    Until 5pm on 30 March 2020.

  • How can I give feedback during the consultation period?

  • I just gave feedback on another disability review in NSW. Is this consultation separate?

    Yes. This consultation is only for the review of the Disability Inclusion Act. Any previous feedback is separate.

  • Why are services and supports no longer needed in the Act?

    Under the NDIS, the Australian Government now regulates the delivery of disability supports and services to people with disability in NSW and other states/territories. The Australian Government also now administers the quality and safeguards framework for those services.
