Sector workforce development and training
Sector workforce development and training is delivered to PSP Providers via the PSP Learning Hub.
The PSP Learning Hub is for practitioners working in the Permanency Support Program. It is designed to deepen knowledge, develop practice skills and support sector connections.
The PSP Learning Hub delivers services across key learning areas to help achieve more permanency outcomes for children and young people, though preservation, restoration, guardianship and open adoption.
Developed through sector and DCJ consultation, the PSP Learning Hub provides:
- a dedicated website with PSP information and resources
- telephone and e-mail advice service
- online training, recorded webinars and podcasts
- face-to-face training
- coaching and mentoring
- communities of practice.
The PSP Learning Hub is delivered by Curijo, an Aboriginal non-government organisation, dedicated to providing a culturally-safe and strengths-based approach to learning.
