[1] The Care Act also allows DCJ to request information from prescribed agencies under section 248, which is used in strictly limited circumstances and with the approval Director Community Services. In the exercise of the Minister’s parental responsibility, DCJ may also require information from OOHC NGOs or access to certain information about the performance of services under section 6 of the Standard Service Agreement.
