Housing Outcomes and Satisfaction Survey opening on Tuesday 2 November 2021
Survey details
The Housing Outcomes and Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) send to all adults who have applied for, or are receiving our housing products and services. This voluntary survey gives our clients a chance to provide feedback about the housing assistance they receive from us and their experiences with DCJ.
We want to find out how happy people are with the products and services they receive and if these contribute to their wellbeing. We will use the information to improve our current services and plan for new services.
