Aboriginal Outreach Casework Project

This service operating as  Aboriginal Corporation for Homeless and Rehabilitation Community Services, provides support services for Aboriginal people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including families who are escaping domestic and family violence.

It provides prevention, early intervention, case management, outreach support services and post crisis support to assist in finding a stable and affordable long-term accommodation.

It also provides support to service providers and community housing providers with Aboriginal clients whose tenancies are at risk. The service will assist with referral process and provide support to clients to maintain tenancy.
