Bathurst Homelessness and Housing Support Service for Young People

This service support young people between the age of 16 to 24 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with a strong focus on responses for young Aboriginal people. It provides early intervention and post-crisis support, helps clients to access long-term secure accommodation, and supports them to maintain these tenancies.

This service also provides supported crisis and transitional accommodation with the emphasis on exiting clients into stable housing. It also provides intensive responses for clients with complex needs and rapid rehousing

The service also supports young people to connect with education and training. The service provides 24/7 on-call response for after-hours emergencies.
