Bathurst Homelessness and Housing Support Service for Adults and Families
This service supports adult men and women, and families including women escaping domestic and family violence who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
It provides early intervention and prevention through outreach, rapid rehousing, and helps clients to access refuges and transitional accommodation with an emphasis on exiting clients into long-term secure accommodation. It also provides post-crisis support to help clients resolve any issues that caused their homelessness.
