Bega Valley Youth Homeless Support Service
This service supports young people under the age of 25 years old who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including, Aboriginal young people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
The service intervenes early to prevent homelessness, and provides crisis and transitional support, and intensive responses for young people with complex needs. It assists young people into more stable housing option and support them to live independently. It also provides post-crisis support and ensures young people who become homeless are rapidly safely rehoused and supported to access stable housing.
This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
