Blacktown/Hills Homelessness Service for Pregnant Girls and Young Mums
Blacktown/Hills Homelessness Service for Pregnant Girls and Young Mums (operating as Houses to Homes) provides support to young pregnant women and young mothers between the ages of 16 – 25 years old who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The service provides prevention and early intervention, and crisis and transitional accommodation with support. It also provides rapid rehousing and intensive responses for complex needs. It transitions clients out of homelessness and breaks their cycle of homelessness.
The service has a strong focus on responses for young Aboriginal women and is accessible to young women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
