Nepean Blue Mountains Domestic and Family Violence, Homelessness, Accommodation and Support Service

The service targets women, with or without children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness escaping domestic and family violence.

It delivers prevention and early intervention, crisis and transitional accommodation, rapid re-housing, and intensive support for clients with complex needs. It also assist women to secure and sustain safe and stable housing and outreach support.

This service provides Domestic Violence Response Enhancement (DVRE) to strength their after hours responses to women in crisis. It has a strong focus on supporting Aboriginal people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This service provides three women’s refuges:

• DV West Wirrawee Gunya – Aboriginal specific service
• DV West Nepean – women and children
• DV West Blue Mountains – women and children
