Linking Hearts Multicultural Family Services

This service support women and children experiencing domestic and/or family violence and vulnerable families including women and/or men with children who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless in the Canterbury Bankstown area.

Linking Hearts brings a range of service providers together to deliver support options that focus on prevention & early intervention; safe & supported crisis & transitional accommodation; rapid rehousing; and intensive support for clients and follow up. This service will also work with people residing in unsustainable and unsafe accommodation to find alternative safe, affordable long-term accommodation.

The service is targeted at families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, which may include single parents with children, couples with children, and refugees.

This service provides Domestic Violence Response Enhancement (DVRE) to strength their after-hours responses to women in crisis.
