Central Coast Homelessness Coordination Service

The Central Coast Homelessness Coordination Service (operating as Uniting – Doorways Central Coast) supports men, women and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

It delivers prevention and early intervention, assessment, advocacy, referral, case management and brokerage for clients. It’s a centralised single point of case coordination for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Central Coast area.

It links clients to a range of support services such as crisis and transitional accommodation, domestic violence services, legal and financial advice, tenancy advice, mental health support, health services, counselling and supports clients to access and sustain stable housing.
