Central Coast Homelessness Support Service for Aboriginal People

This service supports Aboriginal people with high and complex needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access and sustain stable housing.

It provides early intervention, housing referrals, rapid rehousing and transitional accommodation. Support also includes case management, outreach, advocacy and support to adults and families whose tenancy is at risk.

Post-crisis support will also be provided to support individuals and families to sustain their tenancies.
