Eurobodalla Youth Homelessness Support Service
This service (operating as Campbell Page, Moruya Community & Employment Hub) supports young people aged under 25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It supports them to safely remain in their existing housing, or, where appropriate, assists them to secure and sustain safe and stable housing.
It ensures young people who become homeless are rapidly and safely rehoused and supported to access stable housing. It provides post-crisis support to assist to maintain the accommodation.
The service provides crisis and transitional accommodation and support, and intensive responses for young people with complex needs; supports young people to participate in education and training; and promotes a pathway to employment. It provides 24/7 crisis accommodation and early intervention and outreach support.
The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
