Homelessness Support Service for Men Exiting Custody

The Homelessness Support Service for Men Exiting Custody (operating as Glebe House) supports men over 25 years of age who are at risk of becoming homeless or experiencing homelessness. It supports men exiting custody, with addiction issues and who are experiencing mental health issues or a disability.

It provides supported accommodation program for clients for a period of three months, as well as outreach support that provides case management, counselling, meals and tenancy support.
