Inner City Complex Needs Care and Support Service

This service (operating as The Station – Drop-In Centre) supports single men and women who are homeless. It is a housing support program that provides case management and ongoing support, primarily for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and complex needs.

It offers essential support to assist with daily living requirements, and also engages clients to develop a case plan that links them into appropriate services to facilitate their access into long-term accommodation options.

A range of outreach services are provided such as housing support, assisting clients with mental health issues and/or drug and alcohol problems, those who are chronically homeless and sleeping rough, legal assistance, dental care, psychiatrist, medical services, centre link support, showers, laundry and meals.

It also provide opportunities for personal development, such as education courses, job employment skills or courses with a strong focus on client empowerment.

This service has a strong focus on Aboriginal people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
