Inner City Homelessness Hub

This service supports men, women and young people aged 18 years and older who are experiencing homelessness in Inner City Sydney.

It offers and after-hours safe space where those experiencing homelessness are able to access basic amenities. It will provide access to information and referral to relevant services within the Inner City. It will liaise with services to provide housing assistance, health services and support and assist people to re-engage with their community of origin.

The Hub will provide a safe, warm/cool, accessible location for people sleeping rough, provide meals, refreshments, shower and laundry services. It will also provide a program that provides low to medium level contact support during the evening/night, link people to homelessness services during the day that able to assist to access appropriate accommodation, social, health and recreational services.

This service has a strong focus to supporting Aboriginal people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse background.
