Inner City Sydney Homelessness Prevention and Support Service for Young People
This service supports young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, and provides prevention, early intervention, transitional accommodation, rapid re-housing, and intensive responses for clients with complex needs. It has strong partnerships with other organisations; advocates for young people to support access to services, health, education and training; and facilitates sustainable housing options.
The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people who are rough sleeping or couch surfing, leaving out-of-home care or the juvenile justice system, or who are at risk of becoming homeless. It is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
