Inner City Sydney Homelessness Service - Wesley Mission

This service support women and men who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. It also delivers support to chronically homeless people and those at risk of becoming homeless, including those who are couch surfing, or leaving custody or health institutions. There will be systems in place to effectively respond to women and children experiencing domestic and family violence and have the appropriate service response to them.

This service also supports clients in crisis and with other Specialist Homelessness Services to stop the cycle of homelessness and delivers innovative solutions to reduce the drift of people into the inner city to access homelessness services.

This service provides support to clients with complex needs with specialist services such as mental health, drug and alcohol and NDIS. It also provides outreach support to clients who have left homelessness to assist them to maintain their tenancies.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
