Momentum Youth Housing Service

Momentum Youth Housing Service provides Intensive case management and support through an outreach approach for young people under 25 years of age who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless in the Coffs Harbour, Bellingen and Nambucca Local Government Areas (LGAs).

It assists young people to find and keep safe and stable accommodation, to build skills for independent living and to improve health and wellbeing. It also provides support through assessments and referrals, including accessing to housing products such as Rent Choice Youth. It assists in transition housing programs and provide case management.

This service has a strong focus on supporting young Aboriginal youth and youth from culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
