Louisa Domestic Violence Service

This service provides support for those escaping domestic and family violence. The service works with single women and men aged 25 years and over, families, including couples with or without children and single people with children.

The service will provide early intervention, crisis support, case coordination, outreach, crisis and transitional accommodation and post crisis support to people experiencing domestic and family violence. Support is also provided to these clients to remain in the family home or to be safely rehoused.

The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. It also provides Domestic Violence Response Enhancement (DVRE) to strength their after-hours responses to women in crisis.
