Mid North Coast Supporting and Securing Tenancies

This service supports people who are experiencing homelessness or risk of becoming homeless by helping them to keep or secure tenancies and/or find suitable long-term housing solutions.

It aims to assist families with or without accompanying children, Aboriginal people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people leaving institutional care, young people, single people and older people to sustain their tenancies and prevent evictions from all types of tenures (public and private).

This service will provide follow-up and post-crisis support to help early identification of future risks of homelessness and in order to prevent any future episodes of homelessness/

It facilitates a no wrong door approach to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness through a coordinated intake and referral process that connects the specialist homelessness services network with other relevant service providers.
