Impact SHS (Specialist Homelessness Services)

This service provides early intervention support to young people, single men and women, and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Impact SHS supports, refer and advocate on behalf of clients who may have fallen through ‘service gaps’ or not accessed services in the past.

Homelessness services provided to support people to sustain their accommodation, rehouse men, women and families and once house, provide follow up support.

This service has arrangement to services such as education, training and employment, mental health, drug and alcohol services.

This service has a strong focus to Aboriginal people.
