Nepean Blue Mountains Young People's Homelessness and Housing Support Service

This service targets young people without accompanying children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The client group includes young people escaping family conflict, leaving out-of-home care, or in contact with the juvenile justice system.

The service includes responses such as prevention and early intervention, crisis and transitional accommodation, outreach support, rapid re-housing, and support for young people with complex needs.

This service to enable access to crisis accommodation and support 24 hours, 7 days a week.

This service a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
