Northern NSW Complex Homelessness Service

This service operating as Social Futures, supports men, women and families with complex needs or multiple diagnoses, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with people sleeping rough being the priority clients. It operates across the Northern NSW District and focuses on intensive responses for clients with complex needs. It also supports women and families who are experiencing domestic and family violence.

The service provides outreach support, post-crisis support as well as crisis and transitional accommodation to homeless people while supporting them to find and move into more sustainable housing.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
