Northern Sydney Homelessness Support Service Ryde Upper North Shore

This service operating as CatholicCareHornsby, Kuring-gai and Ryde, Hunters Hill Homelessness Service, supports single men, single women as well as families, including women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

It provides holistic homelessness services including prevention and early intervention, supported crisis and transitional accommodation, while people experiencing homelessness are supported to secure long-term accommodation and rapid rehousing.

It also provides post-crisis support and follow-up to help prevent individuals and families who resolved their homelessness from becoming homeless again. It provides brokerage, wraparound support and intensive case management.

This service has a strong focus on Aboriginal people, clients with mental health and/or alcohol and other drug issues, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
