Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches Homelessness Support Service
This service supports single men and women, families, including women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
This service delivers prevention and early intervention and intensive responses for people with complex needs, including advocacy and referrals to other relevant services.
It provides holistic homelessness services, including supported crisis and transitional accommodation. It supports people experiencing homelessness to secure long-term accommodation, rapid rehousing and post-crisis support, and follow-up to help prevent individuals and families who resolved their homelessness from becoming homeless again.
This service has a strong focus on Aboriginal people, clients with mental health and/or alcohol and other drug issues, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
