Northern Sydney Youth Early Intervention Homelessness Solution

This service focuses on young people under 25 years of age who are at imminent risk of homelessness and young people under 21 years who are homeless. It intervenes early to prevent homelessness, provides supported transitional accommodation, and helps to rapidly re-house young people who are ready for independent living. The service also provides post-crisis support to help young people to sustain their long-term housing. 

The service provides targeted strategies for young people experiencing mental health issues, young people exiting Out-of-Home Care and prison, those with complex needs, those involved in drug and alcohol misuse, Aboriginal young people, and young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
