Parramatta/ Holroyd/Hills Homelessness Service for Families
This service targets families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including those experiencing domestic and family violence. It covers the Cumberland, Parramatta and The Hills Shire Local government areas.
It provides prevention and early intervention case management and outreach support services to families. Supported is provided to clients with mental health issues, alcohol and other drug issues, disabilities and those who have language barriers or other cultural issues. It also provides crisis and transitional accommodation, and helps families move towards long-term housing.
The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal families and is accessible to families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
