Youth Pathways Program

This service operating as Path 2 Change (P2C), works with young people ages 16 to 24 years old who are at risk of or are experiencing homelessness. It covers the Local Government areas of Cessnock, Dungog, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Newcastle and Port Stephens.

Support is provided to assist young people to develop skills to engage or maintain links with education, training and employment. It also provides clients with support to address barriers when accessing assistance to programs and opportunities. It works collaboratively with other services including the young person's housing provider.

This service has a strong focus in supporting Aboriginal young people and young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
