Port Macquarie-Hastings and Kempsey Homelessness Support Service for Young People

This service supports young people aged under the age of 25 years old who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

It delivers prevention and early intervention, supported crisis accommodation, transitional accommodation, rapid re-housing, and intensive responses for young people with complex needs. It also supports young people to continue or access education, employment and training options.

This service enables access to crisis accommodation and support 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The service has a strong focus on supports for Aboriginal young people, young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, young people leaving institutional care, young people leaving out-of-home care and young people involved in alcohol and other drug misuse.
