Rosa Coordinated Care Network (RoCC)

This service operating as Shoalhaven Women's Resource Group, provides collaborative and intensive case management and support for women 18 years old and over, connected with the criminal justice system, prior to sentencing or already on parole, or exiting custody and rehabilitation programs.

This support is focused on assisting clients with social re-integration to the community, minimising re-offending, support sobriety, and ensure that those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness are supported to achieve safe and stable housing and sustain their tenancies.

Support includes access to short- to medium-term accommodation in the Shoalhaven local government area and facilitating a safe and stable transition to private or social housing.
