St George Sutherland Integrated Adults and Families Homelessness Support Service

This service supports adult single men and women, families (including couples and single parents and their children) who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

It delivers prevention and early intervention, crisis and transitional accommodation, case management, outreach, and intensive responses for clients with complex needs. It will also work with people to rapidly rehouse those residing in unsustainable and unsafe accommodation to find alternative safe, affordable, and appropriate long-term accommodation.

Flexible brokerage funding to achieve identified client-centred goals is also available. The service supports clients with low, medium, or high needs, and prioritises women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This service provides two women’s refuges:

  • Amelie House Women and Children’s Refuge
  • Marian Villa Women's Refuge.

This service supports: women; men; Aboriginal people; families
