Taldumande Youth Homeless Services Northern Sydney

This service supports young people with complex needs under the age of 21 years old, who are experiencing homelessness.

It provides crisis and transitional accommodation, rapid rehousing, provide post-crisis support to help sustain their long-term housing and intensive responses for those with complex needs.

Support is also provided to young people who are experiencing mental health issues, leaving out-of-home care, leaving juvenile detention or prison, at risk of being involved in crime and involved in alcohol or drug misuse.

It works collaboratively with other services and will help connect young people to education, training and employment opportunities as well as to positive family and community networks.

It has an enhanced response for young people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, to enable access to crisis accommodation and support 24 hours, 7 days a week.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
