It provides client-centred homelessness support, including prevention and early intervention, rapid rehousing, crisis and transitional accommodation, case management post crisis support, and intensive responses for people with complex needs. Priority is given to individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence.
Another key focus of this service is to ensure clients and/or their children will be supported to access, maintain or re-enter education training and/or employment.
