Western Sydney Homelessness Service for Women with Mental Health Issues with Children

This service, operating as Flourish Australia supports women and their children who are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness with diagnosed and/or associated mental health issues, particularly where there are child protection issues.

It provides prevention and early intervention, crisis and transitional accommodation with support, and will help to transition clients out of homelessness and break their cycle of homelessness through a rapid rehousing approach. It will also provide individualised case plans and case management, wraparound services and outreach support.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal women and is accessible to women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
