Western Sydney Youth Prevention/Living Skills Service

This service, operating as Youth Rezolutions, provides a range of youth specific services, tailored to the needs of young people. It covers the Blacktown and The Hills Shire local government areas.

The service supports young people who are couch surfing, preparing to leave the parental or foster carer’s home or institutional care, and/or who have been identified as being at imminent risk of homelessness by key stakeholders such as schools, community, family, and other youth services.

Additional support will also be provided for those experiencing mental health issues, with a disability, behavioural issues, from a refugee background or have alcohol and other drug misuse.

Services include case management, brokerage, living skills support, mentoring, groupwork, education, training & employment, and outreach support for young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
