Wingecarribee Across Target Group Multipurpose Homelessness, Accommodation and Support Service
This service provides accommodation and support to families, men, women, and young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including those escaping domestic and family violence. It intervenes early to prevent homelessness by identifying people at imminent risk and supporting them to stay safely housed.
It also provides safe and supported crisis and transitional accommodation, case management, rapid re-housing, and intensive support for clients with complex needs.
This service includes an enhanced response for young people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, to enable access to crisis accommodation and support 24 hours, 7 days a week.
It has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
