Housing Gap Project

This service operating as Wollongong Homeless Hub & Housing Services, supports women and men, single or with children, families and young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

It focuses on both gaining and sustaining housing outcomes for clients by supporting existing accommodation or attain and keep new tenancies through, early intervention, case management, referral, advocacy and information.

They provide temporary accommodation (via Links 2 home) for individuals and families, transitional accommodation, outreach service, education and living skills. It also provides front-line information, advice and referral service for homeless or at-risk clients in the Illawarra region.
