Yass Valley Homelessness Support Service

This service supports young people, and single men and women, as well as families, including women and children experiencing domestic and family violence who are at risk of homelessness.

It provides early intervention support to help people sustain their accommodation. It also re-houses men, women and families and, once housed, provides post-crisis support and follow-up to help prevent them from becoming homeless again.

A key focus of this service is to assist people to access, maintain or re-enter education, training and/or employment.

It has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
