The Housing Contact Centre offers:

  • help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • a preset menu that will direct your enquiry to the service you need including:
    • applications for housing assistance
    • general housing enquiries
    • reporting fraud and corruption
    • feedback
    • rentstart information.

How to contact DCJ Housing

If you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and wish to speak to an Aboriginal operator, just choose the relevant menu option (available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm).

We give free, confidential language services to clients who may need housing information or help. Call 1300 652 488 to arrange a translator to speak in the language you need.
