What is eRepair?
eRepair is an online service developed for DCJ tenants to lodge their non-urgent repair requests.
Through a series of simple diagrams, tenants can locate the specific repair issue and lodge their request. If a tenant selects a repair that is identified as urgent, eRepair will advise them to call the Housing Contact Centre.
eRepair is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means tenants can lodge their requests at any time that is convenient to them.
You can lodge your repairs online via the MyHousing app or on the DCJ website under MyHousing Online Services. All repair requests are sent to the Housing Contact Centre for review and processing. Tenants are then notified by email or SMS of the outcome.
You can log requests anywhere, anytime.
It makes requesting a repair even more convenient as sometimes I find it difficult to call as I don’t have the money. With eRepair I can access the internet at the local library which makes putting in a repair request very easy
