What is eRepair?
eRepair is an online service for Homes NSW tenants to lodge their non-urgent repair requests.
eRepair follows a series of simple pictures and diagrams to identify the repair you need and then lodge your request. If the repair is identified as urgent, eRepair will advise you to call the Maintenance Hub on 1800 422 322.
eRepair is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means you can report a repair at any time that is convenient to you.
To access eRepair, you can do this on the MyHousing Online Services page using a desktop computer or laptop.
You can also lodge a non-urgent repair using the MyHousing Repairs service available on the MyHousing app.
It makes requesting a repair even more convenient as sometimes I find it difficult to call as I don’t have the money. With eRepair, I can access the internet at the local library which makes putting in a repair request very easy
