What is eRepair?
eRepair is an online service developed for Homes NSW tenants to lodge their non-urgent repair requests.
eRepair walks you through a series of simple pictures and diagrams, identifying the repair you need and then lodge’s your request. If the repair is identified as urgent, eRepair will advise you to call the Maintenance Hub on 1800 422 322.
eRepair is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means you can report a repair at any time that is convenient to you.
You can access eRepair via the MyHousing app or on the DCJ website under MyHousing Online Services. All repair requests are sent to the Maintenance Hub for review and processing. You’ll be notified by email or SMS of the outcome.
It makes requesting a repair even more convenient as sometimes I find it difficult to call as I don’t have the money. With eRepair I can access the internet at the local library which makes putting in a repair request very easy
